Extended School Day

North Myrtle Beach Christian School’s ESD program is for K-4 through 8^th grade students.  Enclosed are the application form and a medical information form that are required to be turned in to our office.  Any student who attends ESD must fill out the attached forms, even if the student attends as a drop-in.  A student is considered a drop-in only if they stay in ESD ten or less days.

• Registration fee is $25.00 required when your child is signed up for ESD.
• The application form and medical information form must be turned in when you register your child.
• If you are already a student at NMBCS, you do not have to fill out the medical information form. (Your form is in with your school registration packet.)

• Fees for ESD are paid like tuition, due on the first and late on the tenth day of the month.
• The ESD fee starts with your September tuition and ends in May.
• When school is closed or if there is an early dismissal, ESD will be closed.
• (Note: For the month of December, fees are ½ of the monthly rate due to Christmas holidays.)
• Any child who is not picked up by 3:00 p.m. will be sent to ESD and will be charged the daily rate for that day.

FEES PER MONTH FOR EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY

(NMBCS Students Only)

2:40 pm- 6:00 pm.:  $175.00 per month for one child

$275.00 per month for two children

$ 15.00 per child per day (payable when the child is picked up)

FEES FOR EXTENDED SCHOOL DAY

(Non-Students)

2:40 pm- 6:00 pm:  $200.00 per month for one child

$300.00 per month for two children

$  20.00 per child per day (payable when the child is picked up)

• The late fee charge after the 6:00 p.m. closing is $10.00 for the first five minutes, $20.00 for the second five minutes, then $1.50 for every minute after unless we are notified of your delay before the five o’clock hour.  This fee will be added to your monthly statement.
• There will be a sign out sheet for each day of ESD.  Each child is to be signed out.  An ESD worker will have the sign out sheet.
• If there is any food or drink that your child may be allergic to or must not have, please indicate this information on the medical information sheet.
