Tuition and Fees
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE: $75.00
This non-refundable fee must accompany each student’s application or re-application to NMBCS. This fee covers the costs associated with the application process. This fee will not exceed $200.00 per family.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE: $100.00 PER NEW STUDENT
The registration fee is refundable if a student is denied admission. This fee covers the costs of processing a new student including screening, interviewing, billing, and records. This fee is due before processing can take place. This fee will not exceed $250.00 per family. Students registering at NMBCS for the first time must have a Birth Certificate and South Carolina Certificate of Immunization at the time of registration.
STUDENT RESOURCE/FACILITY FEE:
$350.00 PER STUDENT FOR GRADES K4-K5
$450.00 PER STUDENT FOR GRADES 1-5
$550.00 PER STUDENT FOR GRADES 6-12
This non-refundable fee is due for all returning students by July 1, 2012. New students will need to remit payment after two weeks of acceptance. This fee covers textbooks, classroom teaching supplements, technology support, library upgrades, student insurance, facility upgrades, lab fees, Stanford Testing fees, and student association dues. Additional fees for activities and purchases such as piano lessons, guitar lessons, yearbook, classroom novels, field trips, sports fees, and graduation fees are not included in this fee.

$3470.00 FULL TUITION FOR GRADES 6-12
Tuition may be paid in full at any time or paid monthly over a ten month period. Monthly payments are due the first day of every month and begin August 1. Tuition must be paid on or before the 10th day of each month. A $25.00 late fee will be charged for payments received after the 10th of each month. To assist in the payment process, families will be billed each month. Credit card payments, debit card payments, and direct deposits are accepted. Tuition is non-refundable if the student was present any day during the month. It is policy to request the withdrawal of any student whose account is 30 days in arrears. A discount of $25.00 per month is given for a second child; an additional $25.00 per month discount is given for a third child.
WITHDRAWAL FEE: $500.00 PER STUDENT ALL GRADES
You are enrolling your child for the entire year, therefore budgets and teacher salaries are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student will create an opening which NMBCS may not be able to fill. Students who withdraw anytime between July 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013 will be assessed a $500.00 withdrawal fee. Official transcripts, report cards, and records will not be released or sent to other schools if there is any outstanding balance including the withdrawal fee remaining at North Myrtle Beach Christian School.
